艺术文化中心的整体形态像一株绽放的花朵，各种功能围绕着一个可穿过的中庭空间布置。这个中庭作为一个开放的城市节点吸引着人们进入到建筑中，同时划分建筑的不同区域。建筑体量从地表生长出来，逐渐从景观转化为建筑裙楼，最后变为建筑的外墙。整个建筑看起来就像一株在大地上盛开的花朵。建筑立面材料采用了已经在这个城市存在了几千年的传统陶瓷产品。陶瓷砖一层层地延续到顶部，并切出光带。这些光带随着建筑体量的走势，顶部放松下部密集最后回到地表与景观融为一体。它们在夜晚重新定义了建筑的形态，把建筑重新收回地面，再次强调建筑花朵般的形态。
Structured like a natural flower, this cultural center lays out its functional spaces surround to a transparent atrium space. The atrium
serves as an open urban node that attracts pedestrians into the building, and then distribute to different parts of the building. The volume of building emerges from ground, graduate transform from landscape element to building podium, and finally the inclined building walls. Overall, the volume of the cultural center is behaving a blossom flower that emerging from the earth. Building’s fa?ade material inherits the traditional porcelain products, which has already existing in the city for thousands years. Layers of the porcelain bricks lay up to the top of the wall, then carved out by striated lighting slots. The lighting slots following the building form, changes from loose at the top to dense at the bottom, and then goes back to ground with the landscape elements. They redefine the building shape in the night, and bring the volume back to ground, again make the building looks like a natural extension of the earth landscape form.
